About the Setup Fee

Your setup fee will depend on whether your premises already has the Swoop Broadband Fixed Wireless equipment installed (for example, from a previous owner or tenant)

  • $0 setup if you already have compatible equipment installed at the premises; or,
  • $300 setup if a technician visit is required to install, repair, or upgrade the equipment on your rooftop.

We'll confirm the status of the premises when we process your order, and contact you to confirm how much you'll need to pay.

Do you require a modem/router?

Take note – you must have a compatible modem/router to be able to use this service.

We will email your connection settings to you when you complete your order. You can also retrieve them via our customer portal at anytime.

We'll supply you with the Netcomm NF18ACV.
